WPTDeepstacks is off to Cannes

The French Riviera will be booming with poker action starting May 30 when WPTDeepStacks teams up with PMU.fr for the WPTDeepStacks Cannes festival at Le Croisette Casino Barriere.

The series follows hot on the heels of the world famous Cannes Film Festival and features nine tournaments including the PMU.fr WPTDeepStacks Cannes €1,200 Main Event, €2,200 High Roller (June 3-4), €200 NL Bounty, €2,200 High Roller (June 3-4), €300 PLO and €200 Win the Button.

 

The PMU.fr WPTDeepStacks Cannes Main Event runs June 1-4. There are two starting days - Day 1a on June 1, or Day 1b on June 2 - with registration closing at the end of Level 9.

 

Cannes is a stunning seaside resort on the France Riviera with lovely weather and great bars, clubs and restaurants. The poker room at Le Croisette Casino Barrière has over 30 poker tables as well as the Les Marches nightclub with amazing views across the marina. Players traveling to Cannes can enjoy luxury shopping on The picturesque, palm-lined Boulevard de la Croisette has stores from the biggest brands in fashion.

 

The winner of the PMU.fr WPTDeepStacks Cannes Main Event will receive a ticket to the WPTDeepStacks Europe season-ender and the event will also qualify players for the 2017 WPTDeepStacks European Player of the Year title which be awarding €15k in buy-ins for WPT Main Tour events in Europe as well as a €5k WPTDeepStacks sponsorship package.
